Trump was recently in the UK and shaming the nation over its over proliferation of wind-mills. I agree with him. But wait a minute Mr. President, what about the over proliferation of data-centers and bit-coin mining farms in the U.S. What utter hypocrisy. Do you want a wind mill in your backyard Mr. President? How about a data center or bit-coin mining operation? Why no open a bitcoin mining farm at Mar-A-Lago? Elon Musk dumped his super-computer on the poor residents of Memphis, Tennessee. He is raping the environment. AI is making you dumber. Depending upon an AI search engine to do research for you is quite frankly crippling your mind. Want to be dumbed down, use AI. Why? With AI, you are allowing the opinions of others to become embedded in your brain at the cost of your own attention span becoming increasingly shortened to the point where you are becoming an unsociable human being. Using AI not only causes anxiety, but also makes you more likely to be obsessed with having a phone held up in front of your face. You will never find peace living this way. One day, you may well find you are unable to wipe your own arse should your phone hand and arm become stiff. In fact, AI is nothing short of an international scam. My computer is bigger than yours. AI is simply an extension of man’s ego “mine is bigger than yours” axiom. In this case it is nothing short of a bragging mechanism for billionaires vying for another minute of fame in the spotlight. These billionaires are quite shallow indeed. They are also quite clever, and have convinced unsuspecting investors on Wall Street to buy into the scam. Most AI investors will lose most or all of their money.
Will President Trump clean up the government housing and mortgage welfare scam? One wonders. Are you aware that the U.S. Government is propping up mortgage deadbeats across the nation? Can’t afford a 30 year mortgage? No worries mate, the U.S Government will give you a loan modification. How does a 40 year mortgage grab you? Heck Mr. broke homeowner, we will even allow you to modify and take out a new mortgage every six months if you can’t pay your bill. According to HUD data, some folks have repeated this process five and six times. So who is subsidizing this welfare operation? Why the U.S. taxpayers of course. So who is exactly benefiting from this welfare program? Broke homeowners and hedge funds. So why is this being allowed to happen? In my quite cynical view, the real reason is so Blackrock and other hedge funds can scoop up more housing inventory at bargain basement prices. And, the federal government simply allows this scam to continue because they do not wish to be blamed for foreclosing on thousands of families across America and do not have a grip on what is needed to correct the problem. Once the Feds have a few thousand foreclosures or re-financed deadbeat loans on their books, they pool these loans (houses) into a package deal and sell them off to hedge funds and other large investors who then kick out the deadbeat homeowners and put the home into the rental market thereby driving up rents across the nation or selling the homes for exorbitant profits.
